Can a high idle current setting do this?

I have a piece that has always had a very "soft" top end or rolled off. I downloaded the manual so I could check the adjustment settings.

the manual has the amp board idle current value of 12.5mV. The actual board measurement was 32mV on both channels.

Set it to 12.5mV. It maybe wishful thinking, but I'll be darn if it doesn't sound better?????

Can that happen by lowering/adjusting that setting?
