Do the panel lamps light up? If not, you may have just popped a fuse. If not then it could require some detailed troubleshooting. The lack of output on all settings could indicate an amp issue.
Be sure to "exercise" all the switches a few times to make sure they all make good contact.
Last (please don't be insulted) it IS plugged in, right?
