How to bias this Fisher P/P EL84 amp

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

A friend gave me this amp to check out and do a little work on for him. I said I'd check the tubes and adjust the bias. I found the service manual but it doesn't mention how to bias it. You can see from the schematic there is a bias pot.
