If the line level sensitivity is 200Mv
and the Mic is 2 Mv, then there is an additional gainstage behind the Mic inputs to boost the signal before the 'line-stage'
so yes you can use it - if the CDP has a variable output, so that you can trim DOWN the CDP output - or
remember to Turn DOWN the Volume before switching to the Mic input....
