Heathkit SA-2 Tube Layout & Knob

Just picked up a stock SA-2 Integrated amp for $120. Needs new Quad Set of EL84's. Going to keep for my home computer, offer to family member after fix up by Mick Samara, or sell to local audio club member for my cost plus gas (not seeking/wanting any sale here on AA). Chassis does not show tube layout, could not find through Google, and I may have switched some tubes during cleanup. From the attached pic, can anyone tell me what position 1-4 are (markings are on a photo scan, not case). They are either 12AX7, 6AU6 or 6AN8. Also, need one knob for the bass control. Know where I can find one?
