Guys,
This is OT since the part is for a garage door control, but you folks are the only electronics savvy people I know! So apologies, but I really would like to come up with a replacement for this. It was fried by a nearby lightning bolt, but the rest of the board checks out. The board where the leads were soldered is marked G D S in order from lower left to upper right, so I guess this is an FET, right? Any cross reference help or educated guesses would be helpful. There is another of these on the board, but it did not get fried. Date on the board is 1989.
Thanks,
John
