RE: What is the life expectancy of a restored Sherwood S-5000

I found my 1960 Dynaco ST70 in 1972 ... sticking out of a trash can. Took it home, rebuilt it, and added to my small collection. I have updated it twice over the years. It still plays very well. I expect to give it to my son in a few yeas. I'm positive it will give great service for at least another 50 years! 100 years or more is within reason.
