Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Fellow CT inmate

Ah. I live nearby in Stratford, CT and I look at at craigslist at least once every day. I totally missed that one. There was a pair of Dunlavy speakers in another part of the state that I missed out on yesterday, but the search is fun and I can't complain, I've done well. Last week I managed to get a McIntosh MX-110 X for $300 but it is far from pristine and being that it's an X not a Z version I have no illusions of it ever being worth much more than I paid for it but it will be a fun project and I should end up with a nice sounding tube preamp/tuner for much less than the going rate.
