I have a great 1080i Digital Mitsubishi 55inch Rear projector - three projection Tubes (SOTA 2004) and It even lines up pretty nice. My Oppo BDP103 drives the digital input nicely - no complaints at all on the picture - no digital pixels to be found anywhere...

Complaint it that it is a 50inch by 28in by 50in BOX sitting right between my loudspeakers. - not bad when on - but just nasty looked when off and listening to music.

The lament is to replace it I'll need an 80" flat panel and @ 4K resolution that is $6K now. And I refuse to spend more on my TV than I have on my Three listening room chairs (Ekornes)
