Did a search and it seems it was a cabinet kit and not a completed speaker offered by Paul. Apparently offered for 12" and 15" drivers and the kits were in the $30-45 range and were complete down to the sandpaper.

This period was when cabinet kits and empty cabs were the rage. Buy a driver, build the kit and you now have a high class system for far less than a manufactured system.
