Sherbrooke 60 full range speakers

Hi everyone. Finally got around to getting inside a set of speakers I've had for a while called Sherbrooke 60. They use a single 5 1/4" full range driver. They sound awesome. I have attached some photos and am hoping maybe someone could shed some light on this company or who manufactured them. The back of the speaker says Catalog # 21G5131
