Rheem Mark VII organ

I recently purchased a non working Rheem Mark VII.I have Replaced the power supply caps and did a major cleaning.I also replaced the lytics on the vibrato board as well.
Also the back panel main output jack and level adjustment were badly corroded.so I replaced the output jack, haven’t replaced the level pot yet but resoldered it.I have cleaned all the keys and they work fine now.I am running the organ into a Gem el84 tube guitar amp.(I’ve had to keep the level control low to keep from overdriving the amp)
Some issues I’m having.
#1 When I turn on the vibrato I get a loud motorboating sound.
#2 when turning on any voice switches I get some static through the speaker as well.
#3 fuzz bass, solo bass, and brass voice don’t seem to be working and making some weird noises.

I have resoldered lots of the contacts as well
Thank’s for any help.
Rob.
