Internet lore holds it is one of the very few soiled state components that will sound good when paired with "heritage" Klipsch loudspeakers (e.g., the Heresys, Cornwalls, etc.).
The keen-eyed will note that the tt in the catalog ad above is not a GA-212, although it is a Philips tt. :-) I will add that the Polk Monitor 7 family and the hk430 are a very nice combination.
If you need a manual for your 430, you can d/l a copy from hk (link below).
I do have one, but it's "as is" and really needs rehabilitation for best results...
