My Linn is pre-Valhalla with the original board and a very low serial number. It is one of the first Linns to reach he US. It still has the original Grace 707 tonearm. As long as the motor stays good I will probably just replace the capacitors in it, but so far, it doesn't see to need it. I entertained the idea of going to a Hercules board or an Origin Live motor assembly. I lean more towards the Hercules board. but I probably won't do much until the motor dies. It sounds very good to me as-is.
