No. The recording O/Ps are connected to the source selection circuitry.

Refer to the schematic. A competent technician could rework things to provide the feature you want. Replacing the source selector switch (M12) and repurposing the Mag 1/ Mag 2 switch are what I'd do. Tape head I/Ps (NAB EQ) are passe, in this day and age. A single set of RCA I/Ps hard wired to the low level mag preamp section permanently set for RIAA is (IMO) the way to go.
