Replacement Aux AC Power Receptacle

Does anyone know where to locate a suitable aux AC receptacle replacement part for my Fisher T 500 (mono) integrated amp.
My wife was streaming music to it through her tablet when she noticed the battery in her tablet was dying. I told her to plug the USB charger into the back of the amp (as I had done many times in the past). As she plugged it in the brittle mica/plastic broke and shorted the plug to the chassis. Lots of sparks, screaming, etc....
It took out the on/off detent and who knows what else because the 3 amp fuse did NOT blow - WTF!!
