Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

I think that amp is the immediate ancestor of my very first audio purchase in 1965.

The Knight 940A soldiered through some might rough duty in my various living situations throughout the 60s and 70s. It suffered numerous drink spills, drops, cigarette burns, punches, and much general abuse while continuing to faithfully make decent music. I gave it away to a friend in Seattle when I bought a nice Yamaha CA610II which I treated much better.
