Matsushita (Panasonic's parent) did us no favors. :>( The ECQ-P(U) caps. were price/performance champions. Discrete aluminum foil and polypropylene construction, along with OFC leads. Grab any NOS stock you come across, if the values are of use.

The closest things to the ECQ-P(U) being currently manufactured are 716P series "orange drops".
