helped a girlfriends friend move into her new apartment, in Sea Cliff NY way back when. As I was carrying boxes and furniture etc up stairs, I heard and felt music coming from downstairs, and later that day ended up meeting the landlord, none other than Harry Pearson of the absolute sound.... Ended up working with the magazine for a while, and occasionally hanging out listening to the stuff he had then - early 80's. It was a revelation to say the least.
