There are a few vendors on ebay that sell such adapters.
You say that you have received your Sherwood S-5000 back from Mike Samra, great news! Mikey texted me a couple of days ago that my S-5000/7189 will be on my rack in a week.
HOW DOES IT SOUND?
I recall about a month ago on the tube/DIY forum you were calling Mike's credibility into question. A public "dressing down" deserves a public apology - Doncha think?
