RE: best glue for dial glass

I recently broke a chandelier part and had the same dilemma as to what glue to use. I found glass glues on the Internet that activate and set under a UV light but I opted for Loctite Glass Glue from Home Depot and I was very happy with the low price, quick set and the results.
The part I glued was a fairly heavy (thick glass) bobesh that was in three pieces after the "accident."
Whatever you choose, just keep in mind that a redo is probably not possible without breaking the dial glass more.
