I've never seen an AKAI like that one. Early 1970s, I'm guessing. I'd suspect it was even older - but the slide controls didn't become fashionable until the first half of the '70s.
It appears cosmetically excellent.
I'd guess that "65 watts" is an IHF/Music Power spec - pre-FTC mandate for 'continuous watts' in 1974. Still, 65 watts IHF into 8 ohms is probably ca. 35 to 40 watts continuous.
