From the YouTube page of the video you want to share, click on Share below the video, then Embed, then check the box "use old embed code" and copy the code and past it into your post here on the Asylum.
That way the video will be embedded, just like Mike's was. The video below explains it pretty well, but remember that to post them to the Asylum you have to check "use old embed code", which isn't mentioned in the video below.
