Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Question for you.

I have been leaning more toward older equipment for various reasons. I would like to begin using some pieces for video as well. However most pieces lack an abundance of inputs.

I plan on using a Pure i20, video to Telly, audio to integrated or receiver. I know an Aux is the way to go but what about the other inputs? Say I wanted to keep the Aux for a CD; could a tape in be used for the Pure? Could the audio signal out from the Telly be used in the tape in? If a tuner input is present is that a viable solution for either the CD, Telly or Pure?

Correct to assume the Phono inputs would be of no use due to low level inputs and special equalizations?

Thanks all for feedback.

Best,

Dave
