EIA code 137. It looks a lot like the (15") CTS woofer used by Klipsch in the early 1970s...
The tweeter is one of the EV T-35 family (perhaps a "Wolverine" TW-35 indeed).
Funny thing is that the speaker is configured like one of the early 1960s "low resonance ultra compact" EV speakers - horn tweeter, extended range (EV?) driver used as a midrange in a subenclosure... but the EV speakers used EV woofers (e.g., the 12BW - in the case of the EV Esquire).
