I have 3 of them, and I did not pay much for them. That being said, IMO it is a very well made table. It appears to be a copy of an Empire, although the arm is not as sophisticated. It is high mass with no anti-skate. This design would be just the thing for a low compliance MM, which is what I plan to use it for. I would be reluctant to put an expensive MC cartage on it, but I think a Denon 103 would work well on it (or 102 if you wanted to go mono). It is a has high torque motor for the belt drive. It has no suspension and uses mass for isolation and it has plenty of mass. Hi toque motors and mass loading are very in right now, although the preferred drive method is idler. However, I see no engineering reason why you wouldn't reap the same benefits, with the added bonus of better motor isolation.
To sum it up, I think the table is worth the $100 provided it is in good working order and you use the right cartridge. Parts are unobtainable with the exception of the belt. That is why I have 3 of them! Also, it is rare to find one with an intact dust cover. Only one of my 3 has an intact dust cover. I agree with Brian, that it is probably not a good deal if you are looking to flip it. They are not that well known or popular, but they are good. I would call it a sleeper.
