RE: Audio Rack That Prevent Kids From Messing With Gear?

In my limited experience with my 2 kids (25 and 21 now) it's very easy to teach your kids not to mess with your stuff but that's just half the job. You also need to train your kids to make sure they keep their friends away from your stuff, too. I lost an AR turntable arm to a careless friend who was fascinated with spinning the table with toys on it. It gave me an excuse, though, to upgrade the table with a better arm.

The surprizing part of it all was that my son used to carefully use my turntable when I wasn;t around and it wasn't until he was about 17 that I learned that he really enjoyed listening to records but he was afraid to tell me. One day I came home early from work and found him listening to stuff. I was actually quite pleased and we had a good laugh over it.
