Tandberg TCD340A

Excellent sound, horrible reliability & parts availability. As someone who has seen the insides of this thing, I'm convinced the engineers at Tandberg hate repair techs.

I also had a Dual (1228, I think) turntable that gave me fits. In fact, I've had several Dual 12xx & CS-5xx turntables with problems in the headshell connector.

Other than that, I've had decent luck. I expect things to break down on occasion. It's when they break down repeatedly that I consider poor reliability.
