recently bought a flat screen tv. the room is not the best for a home theater set-up so i opted for stereo across the front instead. using a pair of epi 202's and i have another pair of 202's and a pair of 110's should i choose home theater later. direct tv comes with xm satellite radio that i listened to for a few minutes last night. some programs sounded good and other kind of flat, kind of like todays fm radio i reckin. any opinions on 'xm' in this format? the epi's are now flat on the ground but will be raised once i get something attractive. this is the frontroom and usual cinder blocks won't work here. also the amp/preamp are connected through the hd receiver. is this way the best application or would going through the tv (if possible) be better? thanks.
