I have some very pristine JBL L-19s and the square plate on the Norman tweeter is about 1/4" smaller than the square JBL tweeter. I was able to mount it without doing anything to de-face the 19 cabinets so I tried it with one, then did an A/B comparison in mono.

The Norman tweeter seems a bit more laid back, but cleaner. The JBL sound a bit raspy in comparison, and much more up front. I have the tweet level on the back set in the middle. I think I can bump it up with the Norman but find I need to tune it back with the JBL.
