Can you not put in a claim through eBay and if paid through PayPal through them for the shipping costs from where you are to Terry's. As I am in Canada, and yet to find a really good repair person locally, I've had the sellers in a couple of teansactions ship to the repair person in the US rather then myself with no issues. Of course I asked before bidding each time if it presented an issue and I used bank drafts. If using PayPay, I think there is something about shipping only to a confirmed of verified address but, as I do not use it am not sure; just from adverts noticed some kind of statement like that.
