One tweet wasn't working. Swapped it and the problem stays with the cabinet so either a wire came off or something in the crossover is bad.

These tweeters sound SWEET! Worth the money just for them. I don't know the design but they look like some sort of dome type thingy with a metal mesh dome over the top.
