MAC 1900 Weirdness and Epay

I mentioned earlier that I'd snagged a MAC 1900 that needed some help from Epay for $58, and that I'd decided to have the seller ship it to Terry DeWick for a repair and refurb.

So I paid the guy with PayPal, and as part of the payment, included a note to the effect that I wanted him to ship it to Terry.

No response. I sent a message via Epay. No response. I sent a direct email. No answer. I finally sent another Epay message asking the guy if he answered his email. What follows is the Epay exchange:

Him:
I DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL.I AM GOING TO SHIP THE MAC TODAY.I WAS GOING TO SHIP IT SATERDAY BUT MY DAUTERS BABY DIED SATERDAY.
To which I responded:
You don't respond to email? That's odd.

Are you shipping the receiver to Terry DeWick, as I requested?

And his answer:
THE MAC WAS SHIPPED TO WILLIAM QUICK P O BOX 881644 SANFRANCISCO CA 94188-1644.AS STATED ON SHIPPING DETAILS.MY DAUGHTER SAID THAT I CAN NOT SEND THE PACKAGE ANY WHERE ELSE ECEPT THE STATED SHIPPING ADDRESS.
In other words, he "doesn't respond to emails" ???!!!???, and he ignored my perfectly reasonable and timely request about shipping - for which, btw, he is charging me a flat $50 rate.

So I'll have to pay to have it shipped from him to me, and then pay again to ship it to Terry. I'm keeping my fingers crossed until I actually get the receiver - with a flake like this, it could be anything (there was no pic on the Epay auction page), but once I do have the goods, I'm working up the worst Epay transaction rating I can possible cram into their word limit.

How this guy managed to achieve a 100% ratings score is beyond me. But that record is about to come to a screeching halt.
