here is the thing on the R4b..Its very nice but Im aligning it as we speak..I traded a Kenwood 2 meter HT for the Drake twins but a CBer owned them at one time and he had them all FUC-ed up..When you would tube 40m it would load on 80m and vice versa..It was far off on the coils in algnment that it took me 6 hours just to do the transmitter because I kept having to chase 10m and 17m.Now its great and Im doing the receiver..I also have a Drake TR3...Isnt it strange how the less expensive transceiver puts out more power than the T4Xb? It has three outputs versus two in the t4xb.


It doesn't matter how you stir
