I *think* I have a pair of those in my basement, although mine were from an Allied kit. The drivers look the same, as do the grilles. Mine are Jensen, and the midrange is a sealed-back type.

When I took them apart, I concluded that the kit-builder had been less-than-talented, as the crossovers weren't soldered, but electrical-taped together. One of the woofers was rubbing funny inside, which substantially demotivated me on the project. I did get around to repainting them and preparing to install new grille cloth, and to ripping out the old sloppy crossovers, but no further. The one that worked did sound half-decent though.
