Vintage Tannoy Driver repair/check up

Can someone reccomend a reliable tech to check out a beloved pair of
12" reds as well as test if the xover are operable. I hesitate to just
plug them in after a long long period of inactivity. Plus they may need
a dust cone repair. Im in nyc, and would like to avoid shipping if possible.

Obviously im looking for someone sensitive to audiophile needs and not
a generic repair center. I have posted to the yahoo tannoy forum but have not gotton a response yet.

Tannoy NA has previously reccomended a shop but they were definitely more of the "pro audio" replace em with any type of cone mentality
