I think it's the natural way of things. All it takes to have a "project" is a small box, a part or two, and an idea. Completing a project is a whole 'nuther matter. I have various pieces of test equipment that need to be refurbished, ideas for amps and preamps, not to mention a variety of speaker projects. Then there's all the house projects, car projects, the dog needs to be groomed... goes on forever. Just doing a really good LP rip to CD can blow half a weekend. Have to spend time with my wife watching movies and stuff. If I didn't have a job, I'd still have more projects than I could do in a lifetime. Get used to it- there's no cure.
