Too Many Projects

Am I ther only one, or is this a disease where you have TOO MANY Projects started and very few finished.Not to Mention we can always give this a home and fix it and pass it on or Sell it on eBay? Is it just me? Is there a 23 Step program to help with this? I'd list some projects but then I'd never be able to stop listing the projects because I'd have to re arranmge them and then sequence, and prioritize them, and wait for the new parts and OH I can upgradwe this,.
