Pat-4 part question.

I've got a highly modded pat-4 pre and I have the schematic etc. but there is a part that goes across the three phono inputs that looks like a large ceramic cap but I don't think it is.
I get confused when I try to read the schematic. Sounding pretty good now but if possible I would like to replace this with new parts.

Good idea?
Bad idea?
I'm thinking it's resistance across phono in but not sure.
