1) I would assume that the 'thin wire' has two wires within it. Are they the same color? Perhaps if you peel the outer jacket from the 'good' wire you can tell which inner wire is connected to the center pin of the RCA jack. Perhaps the center pin is positive. It won't really matter if both speakers are hooked up the same way.
2) I doubt any of those receivers will have any problem driving those speakers. But I would be cautious running them at the same time with a second pair of speakers, especially if the second pair is also rated at 4 ohms. You might do okay doing that with the 2325 though.
3) That might be a problem. 7" is an odd size and many European drivers are metric size and don't quite match up with the generic foams like you get with standard kits or from Matelectronics. Generic foams run 6 and 8 inches, and depending on the actual size of the cone and frame, you might need either one. Most US small woofers seem to be called 5 1/4, 6 1/2 or 8 inches. I did a pair of old ADS 400's once (pre rubber surrounds), I guess they are thought to be 7 inches, I used 6 inch foams. They don't look original, but they work. I also used a pair of 8 inch foams to do some Morel woofers, they seemed to me to be more like 9 inch woofers. Again, they looked odd, but they worked. I wonder who actually mfg. the woofers for B&O?
good luck.
