It is a single pop when the power switch is activated and there are no capacitors across the power switch as can be seen here:

Looking at other amp schematics, a .01/400V seems to be used. What would be the quickest fix here, solder one right at the switch or is there a better location? I gave this receiver away and would have to do this work in the field, I don't want to have to lug it back.
