Most likely, all you need to do is replace the cap if it is the original. The value is typically around 5uf although it can vary slightly depending on the vintage. 5uf will be fine though...particularly if you go with the Morel tweeter. I use the Morel on my A25's with the 5uf cap...works perfectly and the Morel is a great tweeter.

As far as the resistors on the level control - they are probably fine. You may just want to give the control a shot of DeOxIt to clean it.
