I've got one myself and can confirm pretty much the reviewer's conclusions - outside of the specifics with his speakers.

I must warn those considering purchasing a Citation II to make sure it is properly restored first. You will not get the results reported in this review without it. This includes, the power supply, bias supply, coupling caps and any resistors whose values have drifted out of spec.
