You could bi-amp them actively, the horn would have to have a bunch of padding on it anyway to bring it in line with the woofer, going active would be an easy way to deal with that :)

Not sure how much you want to spend on this project, though, and you'd need a four channel or two 2-channels and an outboard Xover...
