Sad Sony PS-X70 TT — Opinions Please

Not that I need any projects. Due to the cost of gas I've limited my travels but after a rather nasty meeting with some white trash at a gas station I found myself on the other side of a neighboring city so I stopped at a GW I haven't been to for months. Found a Sony PS-X70 TT. Unfortunately, it's been on the floor since the 23rd. Headshell missing, counterweight missing, 45 adapter missing, strobe light out, no auto return, no cueing, and who knows what else. Good thing is feet and cover are there, plinth is okay and it powers on. Price is $19.99. I was given an earlier Sony, X6 maybe, that is basically parts but haven't seen it in awhile so I don't know if the headshell and counterweight are interchangeable. Still, I'm thinking of going back and offering half. Does this sound reasonable?
