I would start troubleshooting with the selector switch. The source lamp all the sudden not functioning with FM, makes one wonder if something in the selector switch failed. It may just need a simple cleaning, or one of the metal contacts came loose or broke off.

I problematic power supply would be my second place to start troubleshooting.
