there is a guy on Ebay that has never lost an auction, and refuses to lose no matter the cost. A friend of mine had several items listed including a cheap luxman cd player (over 20 years old). He saw 2 or 3 of these sell between $25-$30, so he started his auction at $10. When the smoke cleared and the hammer dropped he got around $350 for it. That's double what it sold for new. The guy who bought it said he refuses to lose an auction.
