Got everything cleaned up and boy can this little setup rock! The JBLs are true to form as described in many posts here. Lots of boomy bass, abrupt transitions and tons of leg room. At only half volume the Hitachi has the JBLs thundering and the floors jumping. Its fun watching those long excursion woofers moving air. I'm sure its not "audiophile" quality, but listening to Bad Company, Queen and Led Zepplin on this setup takes me back to college. Clean, loud and wall shaking, what more can you ask for $25?
