I hear you loud and clear there Bold Eagle. Those bagpipes do it for so many of us.

The one that does it for me is the entire Lyle Mays (self titled LP). I can see and feel my life in all of the tracks. The joyous times, the not so joyous times, memories surface, visions of my future)s) float in the air from it's notes.

It's one LP that makes me smile from ear to ear, drop a few tears, pick up my air guitar and play along with Bill Frisell....all in a 45 minute period.

oops...gotta do a flip. This is one recording that needs to be listened to on a nice clean copy...vinyl of course.

If you've never heard it...I highly recommend it.
