Internet Radio "Day of Silence"

A few of you inmates may have noticed your fave internet radio sites aren't streaming today. It's part of "A Day of Silence", a protest by college & community stations over an upcoming royalty increase. Starting July 15, college & community stations will pay royalty rates equal to major broadcasters'. Unless there is last-minute legislative intervention. Here's hopin' these aren't the last days of internet access to myriad local broadcasters wishin' to expand their horizons!!!
